CDK series impact crushers are used as a primary crushers for crushing quarry rock. These impact crushers are designed for crushing low abrasive and medium hard materials. The material which fed to the crusher trough its large feeding opening is crushed in two stages while it impacted by the rotor’s hammers to the adjustable primer and seconder breaker plates. The material does not pass to the seconder breaker plate until it be crushed and reduced to the size which the primer breaker plate adjusted to and does not pass to discharging chute until it be crushed and reduced to the size which the seconder breaker plate adjusted to. By this adjustable breaker plates the maximum size of output material can be determined.

The CDK series impact crushers is driven by an electric motor and the power is transfered to the crusher by means of V-belts.
